Founder & Managing DirectorA Leader Who Transformed Power Inspection in India
CVS Reddy founded CSR Impex Pvt Ltd in 2002 with a deep understanding of the challenges facing India's power and industrial sectors. Having worked extensively across multiple industries, he recognised a critical gap: facilities lacked the right tools and expertise to identify electrical failures before they caused fires, shutdowns, or accidents.
His vision was clear - bring world-class thermography and non-destructive testing to India at scale. Under his leadership, CSR Impex grew from a startup in Hyderabad to a nationally recognised, internationally operating company serving clients like NTPC, Reliance, IBM, and Microsoft.
His work has been recognised at the highest levels - with awards from CITD, the All India Achievers Foundation, and the International Achievers Conference in Bangkok - making him one of the most decorated figures in India's thermography and power inspection industry.
